Common questions
Where are my photos and studies stored?
The app has no accounts and no server of ours, so we receive nothing. Optional AI features send an image to Google Gemini under your own API key, only when you turn them on and tap generate. If you delete a study or uninstall the app, it's gone — so back up anything important from within the app first.
How do I remove ads?
Tap Remove Ads on the Home screen for a one‑time purchase. Already bought it on another device? Open Remove Ads and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I get a refund?
In‑app purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I change my privacy / ad consent choice?
If you're in the EEA or UK, use Manage Privacy Choices on the Home footer or the Remove Ads screen to review or change your advertising consent.
